Refunds and Returns Policy for DorWood Distillery

DorWood's Return Policy for Spirits Bought at the Distillery and Online:

At DorWood, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our spirits, and we're committed to providing a positive experience for our customers. To maintain the integrity and safety of our products, we have a consistent policy in place for both spirits bought at our distillery and those purchased online: we do not allow returns of our spirits. This policy is implemented for several important reasons:

  1. Product Integrity: Our spirits undergo rigorous quality control measures throughout the production and packaging process to ensure the highest quality and taste. Once a bottle of our spirits leaves our distillery, we cannot guarantee the same level of quality and safety, as it may be exposed to various environmental factors and handling.

  2. Regulatory Compliance: The sale and distribution of alcoholic beverages are subject to federal and state regulations. Accepting returns of alcoholic products can lead to compliance issues, making it difficult to verify the authenticity, origin, and handling of the returned items, which could have legal implications.

  3. Health and Safety: Alcoholic beverages are perishable items that can be sensitive to temperature fluctuations, exposure to light, and other environmental conditions. To ensure the health and safety of our customers, we cannot accept returns that may have been stored or handled inappropriately.

  4. Responsible Consumption: DorWood promotes responsible and legal consumption of alcohol. All sales are final to emphasize the importance of responsible decision-making when purchasing our spirits.


While our return policy is firm, we understand that there may be exceptional circumstances, such as receiving a damaged or incorrect product from shipping. In such cases, DorWood will address the issue on a case-by-case basis and work with customers to find a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

If you believe you have received a damaged or incorrect product from shipping, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. They will assist you in resolving the issue and ensuring your satisfaction with DorWood's products. We remain committed to providing excellent customer service while upholding the overall quality and safety of our spirits.
