Jay and the DorWood team, we are excited that you started this blog. Great way to stay up to date on what's new at the distillery. When we visited at the end of June this year, we had the pleasure of spending nearly 3 hours tasting with Jay, listening to some great music and learning about his passion for making these incredible spirits. We went home with four different bottles, vodka, gin, blanco, and dirty pelican. Each one is fantastic! We will be returning soon to restock and hang out with Jay, it's always a good time.
